New River Lactation works with The Lactation Network (TLN) to gain insurance pre-approval. If your insurance is approved, you will have guarunteed $0 out-of-pocket cost.

How to get your visit covered:

If you OR YOU BABY have one of the in-network insurance plans, please verify your eligibility at Lactation Network.

Fill out the information on the website and submit.

You will receive an email from Lactation Network with information regarding your eligibility for 100% coverage. This email is frequently sent within hours of your submission.

Once pre-approved you may have as many visits as you need with this insurance plan, at $0 cost to you!
Aetna PPO Plans
New River Lactation is IN-NETWORK with Aetna PPO plans.
If you or you baby have this plan, please fill out this form. I will take care of all insurance billing to Aetna. Aetna PPO plans tend to cover full costs for a specific number of visits. Additional small out of pocket feed may be required by Aetna for home visits.
Medicaid Plans
*Medicaid unfortunately does not cover New River Lactation at this time, however, parents may choose to pay out of pocket.
