Group Childbirth Education Workshops
Come with your partner, friend, family member or doula and learn about stages of labor, positions to help you birth, as well as have a chance to try out comfort moves and supportive measures such as the hip squeeze and breath-led massage. Hands on and great for partners as well as pregnant mamas! Applicable for home, hospital and birth center planned births. RSVP Required. $50 per couple/pair. Class will be kept small and intimate with a maximum of 3 couples/pairs.
